All Volunteers must submit or resubmit a volunteer form to Hardin County Schools yearly. (Link provided below)
- New Volunteers will be required to submit form and then pay $10 background check fee to the Central Office.

- All Hardin County School Employees must submit a form.
- All returning Volunteers must resubmit each year.
- $10 fee will be due every 5 years after initial submission.
